Why is the initial price when I add to cart different from the price in the catalogue or on the website?
The platform we are using is USA based and it is standard for them to price ex GST because different states have different tax structure.
We are working on customising this to an Australian-sensitive presentation right now, and can’t wait to have it fixed – just like you!
Rest assured when you get to the cart, the final amount that is charged is what you have seen in the catalogue or on the website.
